Gift Accounting processes all charitable contributions and pledges to the University and its supporting foundations.
Information Services manages the processes to update and report from the Alumni/Advancement database to ensure reliable, accurate information is available to those who depend on the information for decision making.
Research provides verification and credibility of information to support fundraising efforts and stewardship for all divisions of the University.
Donor Relations prepares gift agreements between the University and donors, resolutions for The Board of Trustees of The University of Alabama to establish endowments and accept estate gifts, and acknowledgment letters to donors of major gifts.
Stewardship prepares annual reports to donors of endowed funds to express appreciation for their generosity and to communicate the impact of endowed gifts on the present and future success of the University’s academic endeavors and on community outreach efforts.
